We have over 4,000 Foreign criminals in the UK including rapists and murderers who we can't deport. We have war criminals and terrorists who have got into the UK on false papers and we have granted asylum to. We even pay their legal aid bills to fight extradition.
The reason why we can't remove these criminals is because we are a member of the EU and signed up to the Human Rights Act which enshrines in law the right to a family life. What about the right to a family life of those killed by the war criminals from Africa? What rights did they have?
